At Nuvon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can return your order for a refund, store credit, or an exchange — just follow the process below to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Returns
You may return any item purchased from Nuvon within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, email our customer service team at:
support@get-nuvon.com

Include the following:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the reason for return
- Any photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product or variant
- There was an error on our end

Please note: shipping delays caused by customs or couriers are not valid reasons for a return.

Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues.

If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. This doesn't apply to damaged packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused and securely packaged
- Exchanges are only available for products of equal value
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid
- Customers cover return shipping costs for exchange requests

Return Exceptions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and undamaged
- Items showing wear, use, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted

Special Exception: In some cases, we may offer a replacement without requiring a return. If you're unsatisfied with the replacement, both items must be returned to receive a refund. This is a one-time exception.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which helps cover processing and restocking costs.

Restocking Fee May Be Waived If:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product and a replacement isn’t available

Requests for a waiver will be considered case-by-case.

Changes to This Policy
Nuvon reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. All changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
