Order Cancellations and Modifications

At Nuvon, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the speed of our fulfillment process, please note the following terms:

Order Modifications:
Orders may be modified (such as a shipping address update) within 12 to 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped. If that’s the case, contact us at support@get-nuvon.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.

Order Cancellations Fee:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Cancellations will incur a $10 processing fee, as our logistics team begins preparing your order immediately.

After 24 hours, once order processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
