Shipping policy

We ship to customers worldwide.

Please allow 48 to 72 hours after completing your payment for us to process your order. Our logistics team begins working on your order shortly after purchase to ensure fast dispatch.

United States: 5–18 business days  
United Kingdom: 7–18 business days  
Australia: 7–18 business days  
Canada: 7–18 business days  
Europe: 7–18 business days  
Asia: 7–18 business days

Please note: These are average estimates based on similar shipments. Delays caused by customs or couriers are outside our control.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 to 24 hours after purchase. This short window is due to our fast fulfillment process — once your order is being prepared or handed over to the courier, we can no longer guarantee changes.

Cancellation Fee:  
All cancellations will incur a $10 processing fee. This fee covers operational costs, as our team begins handling your order immediately to ensure fast delivery.  
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Modifications:  
If your order has already been processed or shipped, please contact us at support-desk@get-nuvon.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is in transit.

Tracking Delays

During peak seasons (such as holidays or major promotions), courier tracking systems may experience delays in updating shipment statuses. This does not mean your package is not moving — it is likely in transit, and we are monitoring it on our end.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options:

1. Free Tracked Shipping (7–18 business days)  
- Cost: Free  
- Includes standard processing and shipping

2. Premium & Insured Shipping  
- Cost: €4.99  
- Your order receives priority handling and skips the processing queue  
(Note: Shipping speed remains the same; this option only accelerates internal processing)

Post-Purchase Upsells and Cancellation Terms

Orders placed through post-purchase upsell offers (e.g. additional discounted items shown after checkout) are considered supplementary. You may choose to:
- Cancel both the original and upsell orders together  
- Cancel only the upsell

It is not possible to cancel only the original order while keeping discounted items from the upsell. This violates our purchasing terms.
